In March, 2008, an inspector from the AG's Fair Labor Division conducted a field inspection of two stores under construction at the Holyoke Mall.  Investigators interviewed drywall workers at the two locations, and also reviewed the company's payroll records.  Authorities determined that six workers were not listed on the payroll records from March 2008 through June 2008.
