Attorney General Martha Coakley's Office has reached an agreement with an asbestos abatement, demolition and insulation company to settle allegations that it intentionally failed to pay 81 employees the proper prevailing wage, 50 of those employees overtime, and failed to submit true and accurate certified payroll records.
