Attorney General Martha Coakley's Office has cited Hong Kong & America Company (H.K. & America Company), and its president, Chun Yan Poon, age 52, of Quincy, for violating the Commonwealth's wage and hour laws by failing to pay employees in a timely manner and failing to pay overtime.  The citation orders H.K. & America Company to pay $26,785 in restitution to three employees, along with $5,000 in fines for the violations.  See the attached Citation.
