Attorney General Martha Coakley's Office has issued an unintentional civil citation against SimplexGrinnell, a Boca Raton, Florida, company for violating the Massachusetts Prevailing Wage Law.  The citation requires payment of nearly $125,000 in restitution to 169 affected employees and a $7,500 fine to the Commonwealth.
