 <title>AG Recovers Over $8 Million in Restitution and Penalties in 2010 -  $87,000 from LVR Corp. a Wakefield Sprinkler Fitting Company</title>

 <description>&lt;p&gt;&lt;span&gt;In 2010, a year which saw countless workers lose their jobs as a result of the State&#039;s economic crisis, the Fair Labor Division handled over 5,000 cases, protecting thousands of workers from nonpayment or underpayment of their hard earned wages.&amp;nbsp; Case in point, in September 2010, the AG&#039;s Office reached a settlement agreement with &lt;strong&gt;LVR of Wakefield &lt;/strong&gt;and its President &lt;strong&gt;Lawrence Roy &lt;/strong&gt;to resolve allegations of prevailing wage violations. Under the agreement, LVR will pay $87,000 in restitution to 24 employees.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;</description>
