At Somerville’s Clarendon Hill Project multiple workers have filed claims of wage theft, despite the legislature passing a law in 2018 clearly applying the Prevailing Wage to all work on this project. Attorney General Andrea Campbell’s Office has thoroughly investigated these claims. Once the Division of Labor Standards issues the final finding these workers will get the wages they deserve.
